CEEPUS

Participation Conditions

• The program is intended for academic staff and employees of university international offices.
• The employee must be employed full-time.
• Academic staff are required to teach at least 6 hours during a 5-day mobility. Staff from international offices must be involved in the administration of a university network.
• It is not possible to apply for a scholarship to the country of your citizenship.
• Participation in the program is possible either within university networks or individually (as a so-called freemover – only applicable to academic staff).

Financial Conditions

• The employee receives a scholarship from the host institution, the amount of which depends on the destination country. Information about scholarship amounts by country can be found at ceepus.info or obtained from the contact person at your faculty.
• Outgoing staff may apply for reimbursement of travel expenses through an internal invoice, based on the actual travel costs stated in the employee's travel order.
• The reimbursement must be requested within the same calendar year in which the trip took place, no later than December 15 of that year.

Applications to the programme take place only through the web interface ceepus.info.
